Low levels of VOCs found in subsurface soil below ingestion cleanup levels. Awaiting updated data. The 2010 Decision Document and Record of Decision stated that the selected remedy for contaminated soil at this site includes ICs to limit access, exposure, and use of petroleum contaminated soils. A report documenting the condition of the landfill and Performance report on ICs is due every 5 years until DEC approves discontinuation. The ICs have been documents in USAF's Real Property Records. --Updated August 2011-- Site is currently in long term monitoring status. The Work Plan for Long Term Monitoring at this site was approved on 8/18/2011. The first round of long term monitoring samples are expected to be taken during the summer of 2011.
