The Kalakaket Creek RRS Class III Municipal Landfill occupies approximately 0.88 acres and contains 2,765 cubic yards of construction and demolition debris and other buried materials including soil contaminated with PCB concentrations less than 10.0 mg/kg. As agreed upon in the Class III Landfill permit, USAF 611 CES will perform annual inspections of the landfill for a period of five years. Observations and corrective actions will be summarized in a report that will be submitted to DEC.
