Past Work on Site

First entered YRITWC database in 2006. Site is currently used as a health facility: Indian Health Services (IHS). Site history is a pill of 500 gallons of heating oil in an above ground storage tank.  Information received in April 2008 indicates that the soil contamination was associated with a BIA school AST located adjacent to the IHS clinic, the tank did not belong to IHS. IHS was planning to take care of this tank for BIA while doing other tank upgrades. See notes on DEC database.
